    Way to Go Rachel!! Take it one step at a time. Don’t worry about your minutes just that you are moving more than before and safely.

    I am posting another link from the Moving Through Cancer Website- They do have a handful of suggestions for specific cancers.
    But as Dr. Katie said on Sunday- just start any movement is better than none.

    Hi Tina-

    The last speaker talked about rose water- I am not sure about Rose oil – Wendy sent out the Bracelets from her Weekly General Cancer Support Group Zoom. Glad you like it.

    Hi Jessica- This is a difficult topic. My first thought is to work with your doctors and Physical Therapist to determine endurance and health. There is a website I refer people to that might help they have a navigator that in addition to your doctor could guide you.

    For this question -“Does anyone know of a workout routine that simulates a day of work?” I would highly recommend asking you doctor to refer to you an Occupational Therapist. You are welcome to also work with our Therapists at Cancer Bridges as they have additional resources as well.

    I live in the South Hills and like to walk – it’s hard with weather like this but a friend text and asked me to walk at the Mall.
