    Hi, My name is Beth. I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 3 years ago. Had surgery and completed radation. Taking the AIs. This program is the best. Keeps you moving and I have better overall health.

    My goal is to keep up with close to the minutes that I do for happy feet
    I will do no less they 3/4 of the weekly minutes goal, after the session is over.
    I am going to make every day a Happy Feet Day.
    This is such a wonderful program and I learn so much. I am so grateful to Jen and everyone else who is part of Happy feet.
    So much great info that I keep in my tool box per say. I will continue to use that as well.

    Hi. Everyone. I am Beth. I was diagnosed with Breast cancer. Had surgery and radation in february 2022. Good to see Al. We do the vsa Coffee connect and Cupa Joe online together sometimes. Happy feet is the best. I anm so grateful for the program and everthing that Jen does. This community is the best. Can’t wait until Sunday.

    My Dad has one and it is a Cubii. I tried it a couple times and is very easy to use and sturdy. My sister found it used on facebook market place last year. He liked it, it was not hard on his joints either. He cant use it anymore, he had a lot of arthritis and has a fracture in his lower back. I hope that helps
