    1 tsp. Chia seeds
    1 tsp. Flax seeds
    1 tsp. Peanut butter powder or 1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
    1 cup Almond milk
    50 grams liquid egg whites
    1/2 cup water
    1 svg. protein powder
    Handful of spinach & kale each
    Crushed ice

    Blend until smooth.

    Serves 2 small or 1 large
