Greetings Happy Feet Warriors! My name is Lee Ann and I live in the City of Pittsburgh in the Friendship neighborhood- only about 2-3 miles from Cancer Bridges. I am a caregiver to my life partner of over 20 years – David. He has stage 4 stomach cancer. Things are stable now thankfully, so I have to seize the moment and work on building strength, endurance, great gut health, etc. I have some health challenges of my own including an autoimmune disease (RA) and lots of IBS issues. I tend to overcommit and then get overwhelmed but I have released myself from lots of commitments so this will be my year to finally focus on health and fitness. I stil have a backlog of old business but I will plug away on that too. I am ready so the timing of Happy Feet is wonderful. Thank you Jen and Cancer Bridges!!! I joined Happy Feet on the last round but was late to the game so I am really ooking forward to going all in this time. I am going to the Walk, Run and Lift app now. See you soon! Let’s go!!!
