Hello everyone! I’m Judy. I am 62. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011, had bilateral mastectomy and chemo. In 2018 I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma and I had a stem cell transplant and maintenance chemo. In November of 2023 I was diagnosed with non small cell lung cancer and had a right lower lobectomy. They were able to remove all of the cancer and I am currently on a targeted therapy to prevent recurrence. I have become too sedentary and I am thrilled to have found this program. I am very hopeful that it will help motivate me and get me moving!! I’m glad to meet you all.
