Hi All
My name is Ramona. I live in McCandless. This is my second time around. I had breast cancer almost 20 years ago with no signs of a problem until last summer. I am participating in a research study for high risk patients using contrast with a mammogram. My tumor showed up with the contrast. I had surgery and am now completing chemo. I have two more to go and then I will take an Aromatase inhibitor for at least 5 years and of course lots of screening for any sign of a reoccurrence.

Exercise is a real challenge for me. I always seen to have something more pressing that usually involves setting such as reading, answering email etc. i am hoping joining a group helps me get more motivated.
