    Thank you for moving and logging!!! Congrats – we are off to a great start! What types of things are you doing to get movement? Send us suggestions of things we can try.

    I have enjoyed the monthly Qigong at Cancer Bridges and I try to do several 10-15 minute Qigong “snacks” per week. I found I liked the Qigong with Kseny videos on YouTube.

    Is there a way to see our individual log? I would like to track my daily activity and being able to view my log
    would be helpful.
