    Good morning everyone!

    I hope you everyone that was able to make it to last night’s Happy Feet session felt the burn a little more this week! You guys all crushed it, and we loved seeing everyone focus on their inhales and exhales when exercising. Attached is the Happy Feet handout and the PowerPoint from last night. Enjoy and happy exercising 🙂

    Don’t forget to keep logging your minutes of movement throughout the week!
