    Good morning Happy Feet crew!

    Attached below is the handout for all the warm-up, resistance band, and cool down exercises we completed in class yesterday – everyone did amazing! I make these handouts every week, so that you can continue resistance training during the week when we do not have class. They include every exercise, modification, “how-to” do the exercise and modification, as well as pictures in case you forget.

    Like I mentioned in class last night, if you have any exercise-related questions, please feel free to drop them under this chat or email me at farringtona3@upmc.edu. Thank you all for showing up excited to learn and exercise!
