    Good morning everyone!

    I apologize for the delay in posting the handout from our session on Thursday. I hope everyone had a great time and enjoyed the exercises! This week will be less exercises and more sets with some new resistance training exercises we have not done yet. Make sure you come prepared!

    Don’t forget to log your minutes of movement and send in any exercise requests 🙂
