    The best UPMC number for sleep apnea evaluation is 412-648-6161.
    For CBT-I, Debby Gillman is a private therapist who is trained in CBT-I.
    The other option is that a few of my colleagues at WPH offer CBT-I, and they are pretty much 100% telemedicine. That number is 412-246-6413.
