    Overnight Oat Ingredients for ONE serving

    • 1/2 cup Quick Oats
    • 1/2 cup dairy free milk(vanilla almond preferred, or oat, macademia, soy, etc)
    • 1 tablespoon milled/ground flax seed (optional)
    • 1 tablespoon chia seed (optional)
    • 1 table spoon brown sugar (optional-can use agave, coconut or palm sugar)
    • optional fruit of your choice (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, dried fruit)
    • optional nut (walnut, pecan, cashew, almond, sunflower, pepita)
