    I did want to follow up about the cinnamon question in case you’re able to share with the group. I see that there are some articles online mentioning overconsumption of cinnamon being an issue, and this especially applies to taking cinnamon supplements. It’s safe to consume up to 1 teaspoon a day, and the Ceylon cinnamon, rather than cassia cinnamon available in most grocery stores, is often a better choice. My suggestions for including cinnamon would be to sprinkle some on to oatmeal or add to a smoothie so the quantity consumed in those instances would be way less than the 1 tsp/day. I hope this is helpful info and makes people feel more comfortable about including cinnamon if they like it!
