I walked the dog in the morning before the rain. I hugged the tree just in time as it was started to drizzle. I walk and I am mindful of nature as well. The talk was great and I will make sure that I connect more with nature and do more mindful walks as well.
Great job! I did not get out there today – too much rain! I did walk the dog in the rain – does that count- it was not very peaceful!
