ParticipantI signed up last night. It looks amazing! I am going to start today with at least a one mile walk. They have a calendar for January. I may try to do it daily for the rest of the month. Thanks so much for making it available. Its an awesome way for me to get started.

ParticipantThanks for all the inspiration today everyone. I just did the first lesson in the beginner segment of the walk, run and lift program. It was a mile and it was fun. I also just signed up for a little program with an autoimmune group. That helps me figure out what to do if I have a flare.

ParticipantI’m interested. Where can I get info about the program before I sign up? Perhaps it was talked about and shown in the first Sunday meeting but I couldn’t attend. Is there a link that will provide info and show what’s involved/included/needed etc.? Thanks!!

KeymasterExcited for you Leann! I used it today!
@Tina – Walk Run Lift is on Smallman Street but they have a huge catalog of indoor walking exercise videos.
The subscription is $7 a month but they are giving Happy Feet folks 2 months free. When you sign up it will say 7 days free but it rolls into 2 months. Here is the website to take a look: https://walkrunliftstudio.com/February 17, 2026 at 8:11 am #8147Leeann Antol
