Hi everyone!!
Attached are 4 handouts from the past 7 weeks of Happy Feet. We want them all to be in one place, but it only let’s me attach 4 handouts at a time, so the rest will be in the next post. Also attached to this post is a handout on how many sets, repetitions, and what goals for exercising for endurance, strength, and flexibility. On the back, it also goes through self-progression and how to continue resistance training on your own.

Jen will also be posting a YouTube video of the functional assessments you can complete on your own at home. We encourage you all to complete these functional assessments, as the information and data can help get grants so that we can be back in 2025! There are directions for recording your results in the video and a Functional Assessment handout for instructions on what to write down, but once you record them, you can email them to me at farringtona3@upmc.edu.
