    Good afternoon Happy Feet crew!

    Attached below is the handout for all the warm-up, resistance band, and cool down exercises we completed in class last week. Great job and give yourselves lots of credit! Since some of the exercises were a little more unique, we did not have pictures for all of them, as well as some of the pictures may not exactly match up to the pictures.
