    Good afternoon everyone!

    I am so happy everyone enjoyed the last 7 weeks of Happy Feet. Attached to this post is an Exercise Guidelines Handout that should help you with any questions you have about self-progression, RPE scale, and what bands to use.

    I hope this handout is helpful, but if you have further questions, please reach out to me at farringtona3@upmc.edu. If you were unable to complete the functional assessments, we also highly encourage that you do! You can also email myself or Jen the results. This will help us to continue to fund Happy Feet, so we can keep doing it!

    Last but not least, please check your email from Jen for a link to our Virtual Exercise Classes that are currently ongoing with Moving Through Cancer and our Cancer Crushers Exercise team.
