    Good morning everyone!

    I hope everyone had a great Thursday and enjoyed our Resistance Training for Balance Pt 2. Next week, we have our functional assessments where we will complete the same functional assessments that we completed prior to Happy Feet. You will need water, a dumbbell or household item, and a good chair!

    ATTACHED BELOW: I have the handouts from last night’s session as well as the QR code for a FREE virtual exercise program that you can sign up for if you want to keep consistent with your resistance training.
