My goals for next week

Trying to get back to the Aerobic Center with my husband to do treadmill and pool exercise. We need to write it on our calendars like medical, exercise etc appointments!

My reward for meeting my goals next week

My constant reward is just knowing that I have stuck with my scheduled online classes even though there are days I really do not want to stop and do them, but I do! I always am glad that I do it because I feel so much better each time!!
