My goals for next week
I hope to be able to be more active this week. I listened to my body and took it easy since for some reason my hip has been hurting. I have been doing more and line dancing and walking a lot and exercising so I might have just done to much.

Hopefully my hip starts feeling better each day and I can increase my activity
