30 3354 2-3 Since you reset my Pedometer in class I didn't have very many steps. I took credit for the steps on my phone that day. I had an appointment after class so didn't walk

45 5626 4-6 I started the Better Me Wall Pilates App and did 15 minutes of Wall Pilates and 15 of stretching. I also took a walk around my neighborhood.

90 2820 1 I cleaned my bathroom and worked on gathering donations for a pickup I have scheduled for Wednesday. I didn't do alot of physical activity but I achieved some little goals around the house without becoming to short of breath which made me feel some accomlishment.

30 2758 2-3 I did another Wall Pilates class and some stretching. I was working on my Mom's estate that day so was unable to walk much.

45 5673 2-3 I took a nice long walk since it was 80 and sunny and probably one of the last days of that beautiful weather.I have a convertible and I put the roof down one last time also and it made me feel happy.

30 2113 1 I had appointments today and was exhausted from staying up until 3am to watch Election results. No walk today.
My goals for next week

I increase my steps and to take a couple more Wall Pilates classes to increase my flexibility and endurance.

My reward for meeting my goals next week

By trying to not be so hard on myself when I'm just not feeling the best or tired that day and not able to really get much exercise.
