My goals for next week

I was sick and having back pains this last week. So I want to get back on track this week with:
– daily stretches
– 2 – 3 weights workout
– 1-2 ab rehab workouts

My reward for meeting my goals next week

I will indulge in buying one item for the house. (We are still getting our house together since moving here)
