My goals for next week
I want to be consistent with my stretches from PT.
I know I feel better and have less pains when I do them.
I want to diversify what I eat this week, for a more nutritionally balanced diet.
My reward for meeting my goals next week
I will take the time to go shop for two things I want for the summer, sunglasses and a pair of sandals. Instead of placing my wants at the bottom of the to do list.
