1.5 hours 4734 4-6 I did a lot of stretching because of the joint pain I am having. It’s the worst when I first wake up but gets better the more I move and stretch.

30 minutes 4895 4-6 Today I mostly did walking outside then balance exercises that I learned in class. I haven’t been using weights much because of wrist pain.

2 hours 10,279 7-8 Today was one of my best movement and steps days!! The nice weather helped, ai got outside and my husband walked with me so that was enjoyable

20 min 3422 2-3 Today was a very gray rainy day and I was very tired. I tried stretching and some household chores but was on the lower end of my steps goal.

40 min 5448 4-6 I’m struggling with joint and muscle pain lately. I switched from 8 lb weights to lighter ones (3 lb) or none. I think this might be a new side effect from the Tamoxifen
Thursday

40 min 8203 7-8 I did a lot of walking today, just a busy day plus a lot of intentional walking and stretching (and a bit of dancing!!). I even ran for short intervals on my bike path and that felt amazing.
Wednesday

30 min 637 7-8 The steps are clearly wrong for today. I had over 4000 steps but then it said 50 steps later in the day so it must have reset somehow. Beyond steps, I did a lot of arm exercises, mostly the ones we learned in class
My goals for next week

I’m still trying to be consistent with getting over 6000 steps everyday.
