30 min 4199 7-8 I did 8 pound weights, doing some of the class exercises and also some of my own. I have been having some joint pain in my shoulders and left wrist but I was careful

45 min 7019 7-8 I was the only one at my house so I turned up Taylor Swift and danced and sang for about 45 minutes in my kitchen and living room. Aerobic exercise and also flexibility used here!
Sunday

30 min 4730 4-6 Light walking (leisurely pace) with my husband. I thought I would have more steps because we went to the grocery store together and walked a lot but I guess not as much as I thought!
Saturday

1 hour 5282 7-8 I did a workout with my son at Planet Fitness. We did weights together for about 25 min and then split up for cardio and stretching.
Friday

30 min or less 9564 7-8 I did a lot of exercises like planking and balance. Stretching is helping with joint pain (usually). I should probably go to the gym more often, but I think I’m still more comfortable at home. And post surgery. I’m still a little nervous to be around large groups of people.

1 hour plus 10,045 7-8 I just had a lot of errands and household chores. Lots of walking and sweating and stairs. I’m so tired. Lol
Wednesday

30 min 3985 4-6 I had to do a lot of work sitting at a desk and then some cooking so my steps were not over 5000 but I still felt like I accomplished a lot today.
