15 1895 2-3 I was disappointed with my steps today and also with any additional exercise. I’m not sure why today seems like such a slow day.

30 3536 4-6 I had a few appointments today and it felt like I walked more than I did. But I was so tired when I got home that I took a nap and then it was time to make dinner.
Tuesday

60 minutes plus + 6125 7-8 It was late afternoon and I only had around 3000 steps so I stopped what I was doing. Put on my coat, walked my bike path and got over 6000 for the day. That felt good.
