4 hrs. 7116 7-8 Took a 35 minute walk and exercised for 25 minutes on balance and upper body. Did steps 3 times. Cleaned bathroom including bathtub and scrubbing floors on hands and knees. I left Mt pedometer in my other pants so I would have had extra steps after 3:30 pm.
