 3.5 hours 6921 4-6 Played and trained puppy in yard for about 1.5 hours. Carried heavy suitcase in and out of the building. Went for 20 minute walk. Exercised 20 minutes and did a 1 min 23 second plank. Climbed over barrier in house.
