Did balance exercises in the morning and VTW stretches in the evening. Walked up and down the driveway for 20 minutes during a work meeting and went for a 10 minute afternoon walk. Practiced holding abs in for 1 min at a time throughout the day while at my desk. |

Set up new treadmill under my desk and walked 30 min / half a mile. I don't think the pedometer picked up all the steps so maybe I need to put it on my shoe next time. Practiced flexing and holding my abs throughout the day and did VTW stretches. |
