30 minutes 2939 4-6 All activities in our weekly meeting, including balance & core exercises. Felt good in the evening--tired by bedtime but not too exhausted!

35 3654 2-3 Did balance exercises in the morning and VTW stretches in the evening. Walked up and down the driveway for 20 minutes during a work meeting and went for a 10 minute afternoon walk. Practiced holding abs in for 1 min at a time throughout the day while at my desk.

15 2134 2-3 Short morning walk and backwards/sideways walking. Did VTW stretches. Did 15 crunches, and 15 each side chopping and twists with 3lb weights.

30 1919 2-3 Set up new treadmill under my desk and walked 30 min / half a mile. I don't think the pedometer picked up all the steps so maybe I need to put it on my shoe next time. Practiced flexing and holding my abs throughout the day and did VTW stretches.
Tuesday

120 7163 4-6 Trick or treating for two hours--lots of hills and very tired after! 🙂 Most of the time I could carry on a conversation except on very steep inclines.
Wednesday

10 2135 1 Short walk, VTW stretches. Very tired so took a rest day.
