I lost my pedometer on Saturday prior to entering Friday’s exercise log.
I didn’t do any exercises but I know I walked a lot.
I was at the mall in the afternoon (visiting stores for work).
And we got our puppy on Friday evening - I took him outside a lot!!! |

I’m really exhausted. No exercises but spent a lot of time taking the dog outside (which includes two flights of stairs each way from deck to ground) and playing with him inside.
I can’t wait to get another pedometer to see how many steps I’m really taking!! |
