41 5051 4-6 I got 2.19 miles in today.
I didn't think I had a whole of of physical activity today. I had some sit down appts earlier and then got my hair cut and colored. I came home and was so tired. I only got 4 hours of sleep last night. I laid down on the couch and dozed for just a small bit.
I still felt so tired and was yawning -- 6:30pm. I looked at my pedometer and thought "Man, I have to make up for time!"

I ate some yogurt and took Minnie for a 2.19 mile walk. I feel tired but not nearly as much as I did before the walk!

I love my pedometer!

51 6191 4-6 I walked 2.10 miles with Minnie today. I felt a little sore and achy today, not sure why. I got a couple things done that I wanted to do. I'll be glad when the cancer fatigued is over.

Going to bed a little earlier tonight and hope to get 7 hours of sleep. Last night I got 6 hours so I was ahppy with that.

57 6783 4-6 Greg, Minnie and I took a 2.39 mile walk up on Cresson Mountain. There wasn't a cloud in the sky and the air was crisp and warm at the same time.

I was fatigued later in the afternoon. I only got 5 hours of sleep last night. Will see my PCP next Thursday.

Last year at this time I was in Baltimore receiving a second course of chemo two years in a row for Stage 4 metastatic liver cancer. Today I was standing on top of Cresson Mountain cancer free.

I'm so grateful for my family and friends, my oncology team, and Cancer Bridges, and of course God, which lead me to this beautiful day and life <3
My goals for next week

Walk 2.0 miles a day – earlier in the day

My reward for meeting my goals next week

A small vanilla ice cream cone with sprinkles. I saw someone eating one and I'm so easily influenced! lol
