30 min 1984 4-6 I hope I'm recording this correctly, it's right after class! 🙂 My pedometer says I've taken 1984 steps today since a woke up this morning. 8| Yikes! I walk my dog every night for 1.0 miles. I'm getting ready to do so now! I wish I had a little pedometer on my dog so we could combine our steps lol.

The core exercises were tough for me. I had abdominal surgery (liver hepactomy) last Dec. I am eager to see how I progress doing the new exercises taught in class!

410 minutes 51354 4-6 I had some issues tracking my steps last week. I forgot to wear my pedometer twice, and lost it once. Tonight when I tried go over last week's progress I erased or reset my pedometer. I'm so sorry.

I have noticed since starting the exercises we learned in class, my stamina has greatly improved and the pain in my left hip is gone-- I've experienced the pain in the my left hip since this past March--every day.

I am noticing I feel more limber and going for a daily walk is enjoyable. I am also able to stand and work in the kitchen for longer periods of time. However, with the increase in activity I need to stop in the afternoon and lay down and take a rest. I feel more fatigued some days, and the fatigue really hits me by 9-9:15pm in the evening. It washes over me and I am done for the day.
My goals for next week

Core exercises
Balance exercises

My reward for meeting my goals next week

Play the lottery lol
