45 min 8,398 2-3 Cold outside…dragged all morning… walked around the lake North Park for 45 min. Very cold, but I did it!! I used to walk in the freezing cold.. I will get myself back!! I am so thankful for my new home. It is everything I wanted… The outdoor life is my happy place!! Drank coconut water after walk and protein shake.

60min 6,891 1 Drank 1/2tsp.mushroom coffee in my am shake to give me a little perk besides my ADHD med….(11:36am) took vit b injection around 5pm. Felt a little lightheaded, but had a better day worked for our company( PelaVibes) applied to 3 farmers markets. Vacuumed the entire house. Was getting ready for my sabbath… power went out around 6:30pm . Very bad wind storm. Didn’t get to make my sabbath meals..

90 min 6,756 4-6 My sabbath, bout went to my Pgh.Hearts of Steel Healthy Living outreach from 9-2. Power stil out. I could not get out of my neighborhood, our electrical power line/ple went down blocking our road. My teammate Sue came to pick me up. I felt yucky at event.. it was 79 degrees in the conference room.. I kept getting the chills/hot… nausea, acid reflex… I did drink decaf coffee in the am to see if it will help me go number 2.. my hands started getting tingling.. neuropathy..kicked in… I guess I cant have decaf either.. I ate the lentil soup.. we had a Zumba lesson right after lunch.. I kept having acid reflex… we then had a strength training lesson and then chair yoga… I was able to/ sit and focus 100%. Then we had our sound bath session with Anitra.. I was able to ly on my yoga mat and close my eyes and focus…. I did feel sharp pains coming from my lower left back ( I do have a ruptured disc l4/5) overall was a great day, but felt heat exhaustion… when I came home I went to rest in my guest bedroom and listen to my shabbas prayers…I ate a THC orange gummy(4pm and drank a shake) because I felt weak and yucky,,,,, this one made my brain weird… felt like a lard.. couldn’t fall asleep.

90 min 4,621 1 Still no power and my BF was acting like a baby!! I try to keep myself in my peaceful place spiritual prayers. Louise Hatys. Positive affirmations… was looking at the Bald eagles online at North Park… Josh and I went for a power walk around the park… it was his first time… then I went to my sons in the evening. I had to charge up my stuff. Ate dinner with him, got mouth sores( ate soy with turkey burger) I know this is a Nono for my bloodstream but I was trying to go to the bathroom. Just did stretches at home..

30 min 1,555 1 11 am drank shake still feel bla bla…at 3:45 pm ate challah French toast, syrup, Irish butter( I know I have to stay away from all gluten) didn't eat real food until this meal.. Power finally came back on around 4:45 pm… trying to take care of ME… and not engaging in any negative drama. I am working on my own peace and calmness… cant engage in his negative energy or horrible attitude… one day at a time… trying to just be the “roommate” my focus is about me.. my healing.from my surgery on February 18th…and trying to get back into the community and part time work

30min not sure 1 Up at 9:15 am drank shake with little mushroom coffee. Felt much better this am…I have created a home for myself.. healing, peace, spiritual… josh wouldn’t brush the snow off my jeep and open the garage door after the power outage… I am not cleared yet to go to the gym or do heavy things over my head… I have been setting boundaries…i am working on not engaging in any confrantations.. working on myself, trying to do some work for my brother’s company…still too cold to walk…. Been sleeping in my 2nd bedroom… because Josh has to get up at 4:45 am for work at 6am and I am a light sleeper ..did stretches for 30 min

60 min 5,647 4-6 Walked with Luna .. pushed her in the buggy. Had a difficult time pushing her… my hands started tingling and my Neuropathy kicked in… but I pushed myself thru it. She was so cute!!
My goals for next week

Apply for 1-2 classes at community college.. PT What makes me feel good.. teaching college classes : Health & Wellness or Nutrition classes like I did for 12 years .. I did apply to 4 Farmer’s Markets and completed all the applications for our PelaVibes company..

My reward for meeting my goals next week

I want to get my roots done before my birthday on March 29
