2 hours 4,621 1 went to Plastic surgeon follow up apt.. Dr sent me to the ER. I went home and vacuumed my home, mopped my floor, did a little laundry. Felt very bad, but I wanted to clean my home after post 2 weeks- surgery..

Continue to walk around the park - 5 days a week. Minimum 30 min cardio. checking with my Plastic surgeon to see if I can start Strength training, Pilates, yoga,
