38 4293 2-3 5412 on Apple Watch. Forgot the pedometer for the morning, but clearly I didn’t do much anyway. I did a little strength at PT, but mostly I was lazy and walked a mile before bed. The back of my right shoulder has really been bothering me still, thankfully the pt massaged that a bit. It seemed to help.
