Have more energy, took a 10 minute evening walk (had to use the cane the last three minutes), but walking at a faster pace without too much pain.
My goals for next week
Continuing to walk every evening and keep my step count above 2500 steps each day.
My reward for meeting my goals next week
Rewarding myself with a "me day" to relax, pamper myself with a pedicure/manicure at home, and getting in some much needed creative time digital scrapbooking.
