Squat to curl 15lbs (15) bicycle crunches 20 per side round 2 x3 curtsey lunge 10lb (12) rope pulldown 1 plate (15) Arnold press 10lbs (12) Round 3 x2 alternating reverse lunge 10lbs (12) over head db ext 10lbs (12) there should be a third exercise and a third round but I got too tired. Have noticed recently a significant decrease in ability to do harder workouts and heavier weights.

2 8655 7-8 walk the dogs and I can't remember what I did in my strength training work out. trx tricep, trx hamstring, arnold press, and a lot of other things.
Tuesday

0 3155 0 Took the dogs out for frisbee and short walk. Got my xolair shot Monday night so very sore and tired. It's a biologic for my asthma and makes me more tired than usual, headache, and sore.

Missed yoga this week, too much going on. Going to get back to it Friday and try to have less stress.

My reward will be the serenity and calm it gives me and taking that time for myself
