Cancer Bridges offers a variety of curriculum-specific programs designed to meet the unique needs of our members. All programs are free to Cancer Bridges members.
A nine-week program for adults who have completed cancer treatment in the last two years. Participants will learn strategies for regaining energy and motivation through exercise and diet, talking with their medical team, and communication with others. The program covers separate topics that help bridge the gap between cancer treatment and life following cancer.
A ten-week educational and emotional support program offered to those who have lost a loved one to cancer.
A seven-week program to reduce isolation and create a proactive virtual space. Each session will focus on one of the seven “Pillars of Wellness” for mental health and balance. Bi-weekly Zoom calls will support the theme each week with education and inspiration.
