Research shows that participating in health & wellness activities can increase self-confidence, improve your mood, help you relax, lower symptoms of anxiety, and improve your sleep. Cancer Bridges offers health and wellness classes such as Reiki, yoga, Zumba, meditation and specialized health and wellness workshops. As with any exercise, listen to your body and consult your physician about exercise that is right for you.
